Shockingly, while driving I96 eastbound at the Portland exit (77 I believe) I just had a Black Vulture In with a kettle of Turkey Vultures. It was directly over the eastbound entrance ramp to i96 soaring and heading west when last seen. I slammed my brakes, pulled out my DSLR and telephoto and pulled off many good photos and one good video which I will post later tonight. 

For anyone hoping to chase I would start at the intersection of cutler and Charlotte Hwy, then search all surrounding areas for the vulture kettle of 25+ individuals.  

I do not know whether there is a dump here or not.
