I just had a call from Theresa Arrington about a bird she saw yesterday 
on Bishop Lake in Livingston County--an ATLANTIC PUFFIN.  Bishop Lake is 
at Brighton State Park.  (I believe this is also called Brighton State 
Recreation Area.)  She looked for it briefly this morning but did not 
find it.  She has not been back to look again.

Theresa saw the puffin from the close range on Bishop Lake.  It was near 
the trailor park, toward the right-hand side.

Again, the puffin was seen yesterday but not yet today.
