I tried again for the Black Vulture, focusing on the area laid out by
Scott Jennix. I gave up after 90 minutes. I tried to follow the tall
power structures east to Kirk of the Hills rookery (Telegraph Rd.) and
southwest to Robert Long Park (excellent shorebird habitat) as well as
comb the immediate area.
