[Mich-listers] Blue Grosbeak Update - June 17, 2011

Hi-

The male BLUE GROSBEAK was present again this morning, June 17, 2011 at about 6:30 a.m. -- 7:00 a.m. by Mike Mahler and myself. Location: Amtrak Railroad crossing at Wells Street, 1/4 mile east of M-51 in Pokagon Twp, Cass County. The bird was singing vigorously along  trees which line the railroad right-of-way.   

At least two observers yesterday were able to photograph the bird.
