Chris Hockema and I drove throught the night from Minnesota to beat the 
rain, and were lucky to see the Wagtail near the eastern corner of cell 3 at 
about 8:15AM Monday morning.  While walking the dikes to get to a better 
vantage point, we lost track of the bird.  Them the rains got heavier, and 
we gave up.  While walking from the NW corner of cell 3 back south, a flying 
White Wagtail caught our eyes, crossing the dike, and headed north out of 
sight, roughly towards Vermet.

Shorebirds observed include Dunlin and Black-bellied Plover. Several Lesser 
Black-backed Gulls were also present.

Fun bird!  Thanks for all the updates!
