[Mich-listers] Cinnamon Teal still present! 4/25 630pm

Howdy folks,

Joe Kaplan just called, he and Chris Williams are currently looking at the
Cinnamon Teal from the DNR boatlaunch (officially called the Bay De Noc
Access Site). It would also be visible from the fishing pier into the bay.
Very cool, hopefully it cooperates for others.
