[Mich-listers] Admin: inappropriate messages

To all,

Over the past 2 months about half of the posts to mich-listers have been
reporting expected and sometimes mundane state species. Migration is about
to heat up and I want to stress that this list is for state rarity reporting
only. It is here for intermediate or advanced state year listers. If the
species you found is not one that a state year lister would chase, please
use mich-chat instead. If you are not certain of the rarity of the species,
please send your report to me and I'll forward  it to mich-listers if
appropriate. Please go to http://www.michbirds.com to read the FAQ page for
more detailed information about posting on mich-listers.
