[Mich-listers] Further info on Ash-throated Flycatcher, Chippewa County

Bird was observed as late as 3:00 PM yesterday, 11/17.  First seen at white detached garage at 10165 N Whitefish Pt. Rd. across and just north of Sunrise Cabins approx. 2-3 miles north of Paradise.  Bird worked its way north to natural wood finish house-above-a-garage with name"Gillis" on house.  These are on west side of road.  Then flew across road to an area around a chain link fence dog enclosure and was actively feeding low in shrubs and in leaf litter over the embankment along the shoreline.  Proprietor of Sunrise cabins also reports bird has been in fruiting shrubs and on fence in their backyard.  They report bird may have been there as long as two weeks.  Alert.  While most of these homes are seasonal or under foreclosure and currently vacant, while we were prowling around the dog enclosure, a neighbor approached a group from Ohio that were also there and reported that he had called the local constable because of suspicious activity.  Birders are welcome on Sunrise property.
