Howdy folks,
I got a call from Scott Schuette this afternoon who just confirmed the
presences of an ASH-THROATED FLYCATCHER at the Sunrise Cabins in Paradise,
Chippewa County. Apparently the bird has been around for about two weeks,
and according to Scott is just "hanging out". Photos have been taken, and if
accepted by the MBRC will be the 5th State record for Michigan.
The Sunrise Cabins are a little bit north of Paradise on the lake-side of
Whitefish Point Road. I will post some photos on UPBirdes.org when I
receive them.
Good Luck!
