[Mich-listers] Monroe White Pelican 12-23 yes

The American White Pelican continues at the hot water discharge of the  
Whiting Power Plant in Monroe County this morning. The bird was visible 
swimming  with swans as early as 7:20 am and was still present on the ice at 8:00 
am. Also  present in the tree line was the previously reported Orange-crowned 
Warbler. The  Whiting plant location is just east of I-75 at exit 5 near 
the Ohio  border.
