[Mich-listers] Brant in LaSalle, MI

Birders,

Several of us did not succeed in finding the Brant reported in LaSalle, Monroe County this morning. We checked several possible other sites along the Lake Erie shore without success.

Around 11 a.m., we found on the ground an eyepiece cover for a Bausch & Lomb spotting scope in front of Jan Morrow's residence. If this is yours, let me know and we can figure out how to get it back to you.

  Jan Morrow just called to inform me that she has (3) BRANT GEESE in her yard in LaSalle, MI.  

  Birders are invited to come to see the birds, but should be cautioned about construction in the area.  The birds can be seen from the beach access.

  She is at 12660 N. Lakeshore Drive
  LaSalle, MI

  Take I-75 to Exit 9 and drive to the lake.  Turn left on Lakeshore Drive.
