cattle egrets in Ottawa County

During an Ottawa County Parks Birding Trip today (Monday) we found 15 
cattle egrets on Harbor Island near Grand Haven (Ottawa County).  They 
were present at 11:30 a.m.  To reach Harbor Island, take US 31 and turn 
west on Jackson Street (the main intersection just south of the bridge 
over the Grand River.  Follow Jackson to Third Street.  Turn right on 
Third Street and stay to the right until you come to a large mowed field 
(soccer field).  The egrets were in this field feeding on insects.
