White-winged Scoter on Detroit River - Wyandotte

At 12:04:45 today I scoped a WHITE-WINGED SCOTER floating on the Detroit
River here in Wyandotte.  I viewed it from the parking lot at Bishop Park.
The single bird was at the north tip of Grosse Ile (Hennepin Pt.) about 3/4
across the river, floating downstream.
