The Northern Shrike was once again spotted on White Road south of 6 Mile
Road. A pair of Shrikes are regulars on a daily basis along this road.

We spotted the Northern Hawk Owl on the corner of M-48 and McCabe NW of
Pickford. It was there on the way out and then an hour later on the way
home. It seems to be spotted in the same pine on the corner all the time.
 A tough one to miss.

We also saw two different Rough-legged Hawks on M-48 north of Pickford and
east of Pickford.

At our home on Izaak Walton Bay we have Pine Siskins showing up in large
numbers daily (began appearing about a week ago) and many Common Redpolls.

We haven't seen the Boreal Owl for the last few weeks.

Good birding,
Joel
