ww crossbills

Calvin College being 10 minutes away drew me today to see the crossbills
reported by Bill Sweetman. After about 30 minutes of becoming increasingly
cold and about to give up, I saw a flock of about a dozen fly to the east
across the lot to some big spruces just east of the entrance drive. With the
sun then at my back I finally saw them, both male and female! It made my
day! Lifer for me! thank goodness for Michigan Listers
