Harlequin duck in Mason County

I'm passing this along for Dave Dister.  I don't know if this spot is easily accessible or not.  Maybe someone that lives in that area can give some details on where it is and if it is open to the public.  Chip Francke

On 10/28 there was an adult male harlequin duck by the outer breakwall at the outlet from the Ludington Pumped Storage Reservoir.
