Rufous Hummingbird, 11/23, ottawa

Rounding out a stellar morning Jer and I viewed the reported Rufous Hummingbird in the location Adam previously described.  We got there around 9:15, the bird came to the feeder at 9:34 and fed long and hard for about a minute.  At that time a car over revved its engine on the corner and scared the bird away.  The bird is roosting in the shrub to the west of the playset, according to the homeowner.  She also restocked the feeder after the sighting.
