Roger Eriksson just called to report a Purple Sandpiper that he observed
today, 11/14, at the AuSable River Mouth. It was originally found by Steve
Gasser last Saturday, 11/08, and has been seen several times since then at
the same location. It's been seen at very close range on the lake side of
the walkway over the breakwall before the cement abutment at the end.

Roger also observed a Little Gull in the company of Bonaparte's Gulls at
Northport Marina, just 'north' of AuGres yesterday, 11/13. Tundra Swans are
beginning to gather in that location as well.

Good birding!
