neotropic cormorant continues May 12 Grand Haven

After about 20 minutes searching I found the Neotropic this morning off the south pier at Grand Haven and watched it from about 7:50-8:15 when I lost it in the waves.  It continues to dive nearly constantly staying up for only a brief couple of seconds.  While visible it was more or less in the lake between the piers staying in the brown river water and occasionally coming quite close to the piers.  There seemed to be a lot fewer cormorants there than have been described.
