The Neotropic Cormorant was seen this morning, Sunday, May 11, from 7:00
- 8:00 AM. It was feeding between 75-300 feet out from and between the
pier heads. At about 8:00 AM it flew around the north pier head toward
shore where we lost sight of it. (We were viewing from the south pier)
As previously described, it was feeding nearly continuously, with only
short surfaces to catch a breath. There were also about 75
Double-crested Cormorants, just to keep things interesting, while trying
to located the NC.

We also tried briefly for the Harris' Sparrow, but did not find it.

Good Birding,

Carl & Judi Manning
