This is a "relay" message.... Jon Wuepper called earlier to report he received a call from Tim Baerwald who reported a Western Kingbird was present early this morning in the trees around the parking lot of Tiscornia Beach Park in St. Joseph (Berrien County). Tiscornia is the beach park on the north side of the mouth of the St. Joseph River.
