Ross' Gull at Niagara Falls

My apologies for posting a non-Michigan bird, but thought it was too good
and too close not to post. Sorry that there are not more detailed
directions, but I think the 'cloud' of people will be indicative of it's
location.

Jean Iron just got a call from Betsy Potter to say that the Ross's Gull is
above the Falls in the middle of the Niagara River. It is best seen from the
Engineerium building near the barge. Betsy also said that the gull was being
seen well from the American side from Goat Island lookout just above the
Horseshoe Falls.
Jean highly suggests that if any Canadian birders plan to cross the border
to make sure they have a Pass Port or another proof of Canadian citizenship.
