Snowy Owl Wayne Co 1-12

Dave Mendus just called with news of a young Snowy Owl in a residential  
neighborhood in Wyandotte. The owl is perched near the chimney of the large red  
house on the southwest corner or 7th St and St Johns and according to neighbors 
 has been there all day.
