Folks -

Adam Byrne found 4 Bohemian Waxwings in with a flock of 60-70 Cedars just
north (back side) of the Natural Science building on the MSU campus at 2:30pm
today (Friday). They have been seen by other observers since. They have been
sitting in a sycamore/plane tree and dropping down to feed on crabapples.
There should be a campus map on line, but this is located on the old campus
not far off Grand River Ave.

We had Pine Grosbeaks at this spot in the mid-70's.

Pat Deventer mentioned there is a nice row of crabs along Service Road west
of Hagadorn. This also is on the MSU campus and might be worth checking.

If anyone finds them in Eaton Co., I would like to know. Good birding.
- Doug
