Dark Morph Rough-legged Hawk (I believe) - pics

Just a follow-up to Jeff Schulz's e-mail this morning regarding the
Lenawee Co. Rough Legged Hawks.  I grabbed this fly-by of a presumed
Dark Morph Rough-legged Hawk in the low-light hours of 8am.  Looking at
the beak (very small and dainty by hawk standards...) I'm concluding
Roughie.  Also, the bird appears to retain some of the orange/tan
feathering in the neck and forewings that you'd expect to find in a
light-morph bird.  Looking at Bill Schmoker's site (
http://schmoker.org/BirdPics/HRLH.html) of dark-phase Red-tailed Hawks
the bill is much more massive and more spotting appears to be present in
wings and chest feathers.
