P. Grosbeaks and B. Waxwings Lapeer County

Since I was probably the only in SE Michigan who hadn't seen the Pine Grosbeaks in Lapeer County, I tried to remedy that situation today.  I parked at the end of Snow Den Rd and walked the entire tree line and back without seeing the birds.  However, when I got back to the car I noticed six Pine Grosbeaks watching me get into my car.  I then noticed some waxwings in the trees, also.  Since this is the year, I checked them out real carefully, and found two Bohemian Waxwings in with the 12 Cedars.
