White-winged Crossbills, Kent Co 12-30-2008

Birders,

Today at the previously reported area west of M-44 in Belmont, My brother Joseph and I heard two fly over the area.  

While scouting our CBC area in Kent Co we found a flock of about 60 WW Crossbills at Townsend Park.  

Dirrections:  From M-44 and Cannonsburg Rd. head east on Cannonsburg Rd. to Ramsdell Rd.  Take Ramsdell Rd. north for about 1/10 of a mile, and the park is located on the east side of the road.  the birds were actively feeding in the White Pines, we watched them for 15 minutes before they moved on.
