Ruff still present at Pt. Mouillee, pictures uploaded

I observed the Ruff at Pt. Mouillee between 4:30 and 5:30 this afternoon.  
When I first arrived, the bird was one of the closest birds. It later moved out  
slightly farther, then left when all the shorebirds got spooked by something 
and  resettled. I didn't relocate it afterwards, but it's likely it's still  
around.
 
 Is it possible this bird is a male? The feather edges on the back and  wings 
were very rusty. Any Ruff experts out there? I posted some poor pictures  
that I took of it (some with just my camera, some through my scope), as well as  
some photos of a Wilson's Phalarope (3 present today), a Pectoral, and a  
Semipalmated Sandpiper. Mixed in with many more common shorebirds were 4 Baird's  
Sandpipers, many Stilt Sandpipers, and 1 Red Knot. I was unable to find the  
Piping Plover.
