The Hooded Warbler continues to grace the the end of Knight Rd, Hampton Twp, Bay County. I heard the bird singing for roughly five minutes and then it appeared for several minutes within fifteen metres of me for excellent views. It was in the very same area that Doug Jackson had found it yesterday, Apr 20th.

Location . . . Go to the north end of Knight Rd, Hampton Twp, Bay County, and walk east beyond the orange DNR gate roughly fifty metres, just past the standing water on the left. It was singing on the eastern edge of the oak/ash woodlot in a thick tangle of fallen trees, roughly twenty metres north of the two-track.

A huge thanks to Doug Jackson for finding/photographing/reporting this bird!
