Today I received this message plus some photos from Bob Pohler of Fremont:

I saw a variety of birds at the Wastewater Plant this morning with two 
unexpected sightings.  In the field south of Apple (West side) I saw a 
Marbled Godwit.  He allowed me to follow him into the field and take his 
picture.  Later, near the West end of Laketon, I spotted an Upland 
Sandpiper on the power pole and was able to take its picture. -  Bob Pohler
