Black Vulture - Presque Isle Co(?) 9/14

Birders,
 
Yesterday, 9/14/07, my dad, Jeff Pavlik saw a Black Vulture at the corner of Grand Lake and Bessemer Ball road. This is probably in Presque Isle county but is very close to the border of Presque Isle and Alpena. He watched it come over some woods and quickly realized it wasn't a Turkey Vulture. It flew right over his car and pictures were obtained. However, it appears to be a flyover only.
