Previously reported CHUCK-WILLS-WIDOW heard as of 11pm on June 16th, 2007 along True Road. Present since May 2nd.

I haven't checked on the BLACK-NECKED STILTS lately (since about June
6th)...if anyone has seen them more recently, I'd be interested to know
date. (2 present from May 6 at northbound Pipestone Road Exit on
US-31).

Other Berrien County specialties continue on territory: at Forest Lawn
Road & Kesling Preserve: YELLOW-THROATED, CERULEAN WARBLERS, NORTHERN
PARULA, WHITE-EYED VIREO.

Warren Woods and Warren Dunes SPs have HOODED WARBLERS. Sarett Nature
Center has HENSLOW'S , GRASSHOPPER SPARROWS and ORCHARD ORIOLE at
prairie restoration area. Bring mosquito repellant if you check on
PROTHONOTARY WARBLERS at Sarett's Brown Sanctuary. The species is also
present along the St. Joseph River (Andrews University and at Jasper Dairy Boat
Landing). A YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT(s?) have been heard among the scrub at
Brown's upland sections.

YB CHATS also at Love Creek Co Pk and at Boyle Lake State Game Area.

BLACK RAIL long gone (last heard May 18th)...BREWERS BLACKBIRDS
remained on location until just after June 4th, when road commssion
mowed
shoulder where they were presumed nesting.

Adult LAUGHING GULLS reported from Tiscornia Park in St. Joseph, Warren
Dunes SP and New Buffalo in recent weeks.
