Dickcissels and Grasshopper Sparrows in Monroe Co.

Birders,

This morning, while Atlasing in Monroe County, I found a field with 3 
Dickcissels and 2 Grasshopper Sparrows. The location is southeastern 
Summerfield Township, Section 27 (east of Sylvania-Petersburg Road and south 
of Todd Road). Another Grasshopper Sparrow was on the west side of 
Sy-Petersburg Road.

I have found Grasshopper Sparrows at three other Monroe County locations 
this year; Exeter Twp., Raisinville Twp., and Frenchtown Twp. Perhaps it is 
a good year for them.
