UP Rare Bird Report for July 7, 2007

Again sorry for the delay in reports, but I have had quite the computer snafu this week that has only just been corrected (hopefully!). Fall migrants have begun their usual trickle back into the UP in the last couple of weeks. Both Lesser Yellowlegs and Least Sandpipers have been reported from a few counties, and a few migrant warblers have also been noted. The next update of this report should have more to say about incoming shorebirds. Both Red & White-winged Crossbills have been reported in several locations across the UP, as have scattered reports of Evening Grosbeaks.
