Snowy Owl at Metro Beach in Macomb County

For those of you who have not yet had the chance to see the Snowy Owl in Macomb County, it is still there however at a new location.  Tom Heatley and I observed it this AM at around 10:30 AM to 11 AM.  It was standing on the ice that is forming south of the beach at Metro Beach Metropark.
   
  Also of note in Macomb County today:
   
  60 Snow Buntings at Metro Beach
  2 Bald Eagles and a Glaucous Gull at the DNR access at the eastern end of South River Rd.
  Rough-legged Hawk west of Wolcott Rd. and just south of 31 Mile Rd.
