Eur.-Collared Dove, Grand Traverse Co.

5 Eur.-collared Doves were present at their usual location south of Traverse City on 1-3-07.  They were missing on the CBC on 12-16-06.

>From the intersection of US-31, M-37 & Beitner Rd. about 5 miles south of Traverse City, go east on Beitner Rd. about 300 feet to Marge-Anne St. on the north.  The Doves were seen in a tree near the north end of Marge-Anne St.  In previous years they have been seen many places in that subdivision.
