Sorry - My ISP software is giving me fits.
 
To finish, on our way home from Oscoda county, we drove into Bay City on  M25 
from I-75.  As we crossed the Saginaw River from the west, we  could easily 
see the clock tower to the south, our right.  We  actually had two Peregrines 
on the tower as we pulled up, although  only one stuck around to give us most 
excellent views.  We were  there about 1500 (3pm).
