More on the Jackson Co Varied Thrush 12-27

Greetings birders,

I made an attempt to relocate the Varied Thrush without much luck. I will try again in the morning, since I live only a few miles from there.

The bird was with some Northern cardinals, which makes me assume she is visiting some feeders near by (maybe?I shouldn't assume anything, because when?I do?I am usually wrong).

Jeff Schultz just called to report a female-type Varied Thrush?across the road from 11450?Lawrence Rd off M-124 east of Brooklyn (between Wamplers Heights Drive and Hardcastle). The bird was with some Cardinals in a swampy area across from houses.
