Little Gull, R-t Loon Allegan Co. 10/15/06

<p>Greetings,</p><p></p><p>An adult <b>Little Gull</b> was off the Douglas Public Beach this morning. It was with a small group of Bonaparte's perhaps 1/8 mile out. Bonaparte's have been numerous here lately (273 in a half hour last Tues), so I would expect more Little Gull appearances. Also visible from here was a  <b>Red-throated Loon</b> that was sitting on the water. All three scoter species flew by this morning: 1 <b>White-winged</b>, 1 <b>Black</b> and 12 <b>Surf Scoters</b>.</p><p></p><p>Good birding,</p><p>Rick Brigham</p><p>Douglas</p>
