Hello,
About 11am today (11/15) I found one Bohemian Waxwing that was with a group of 100 Waxwings near Pyramid Pt., Leelanau Co. They were feeding on Russian Olive shrubs about a half mile north of m22 on Port Oneida road. They were flying down from the top of a Maple tree that was on the left side of the road. There is a large flooded area on the right that has lots of Michigan Holly fruit and a quarter mile north there is a farmhouse on the left that has a Mountain Ash loaded with fruit, both spots worth checking out.
Good birding,
Gerald Brow
