Purple Sandpipers, Muskegon Co.

At about 11:30 this morning (11/14) I saw 2 Purple Sandpipers on the  
south side of the south breakwall at Muskegon.  They were only about  
50 feet from the beach.  I walked out to the end of the breakwall in  
hopes of finding the Purple Sandpiper seen out beyond the elbow by  
Chip Franke on Saturday, but had no luck.  However, it would be easy  
to miss one among the monstrous boulders out there.  There were 2  
Dunlins about midway between the shore and the elbow.
