Purple Sandpiper yes, Little Gull no 11-11

Listers,
 
Robert Epstein, Jim Lesser and I refound the previously  reported Purple 
Sandpiper at the AuSable River Mouth at Oscoda in Iosco  County, on the south 
breakwall feeding on the boulders at close  range.
 
In Au Gres (Arenac County) the large flock (150+) of Bonaparte's Gulls was  
present but we were unable to find the Little Gull seen there yesterday.
 
We found a Northern Shrike on Cody-Estey Road near Pinconning in Bay  County.
