Short-eared Owls - Muskegon Wastewater

Good evening;

Tonight (after sundown) I saw 2 Short-eared Owls on the center dike.  They 
are the first sightings for the season that I know of and weren't in the regular 
feeding fields (south of Apple, a mile south, next to the model airplane 
club).

Also, I saw 90 blue phase Snow Geese and only 6 white phase in the east 
lagoon, which is highly unusual.  You'd expect to see 90 white phase and 6 blue 
phase Snow Geese here.
