Allegan Co., Worm-eating Warbler, 6 May

This morning, 6 May 2006, Dave Slager and I heard and then saw a Worm-eating 
Warbler at the Allegan State Game Area.  Park where 118th crosses Swan 
Creek, and walk north along the east bank of the creek.  The bird was 
approximately 1/2 mile north along the trail, up at the top of a steep 
bluff, to the right.  You may need to walk up to the top of the bluff to see 
it.  It was not singing very often, and it was moving around quite a bit, so 
it wouldn't surprise me if the bird is just a migrant.
