Birding Question

I live in the Saginaw area and looking for a couple birds for my life list.  
I was wondering if anyone knows good spots to look for Common Nighthawks and 
Whip -poor-Wills......preferably a couple hours drive from the Saginaw area.
Also was wondering about Peregrine Falcons.  I have seen them in the 
Cleveland area in Ohio but never in Michigan.  Thanks for any and all help.
