Snowy Owl- Charlevoix County (6/14)

          Got excellent views early this morning of the Snowy Owl that Jill 
Anderson reported yesterday up in E. Jordon at the Grandvue Medical Care 
(nursing home) Facility. Saw the bird from about 6:30-7:00 AM perched atop the 
parking lot light poles on the side of the facility, as well as viewing the bird 
sitting in a largish tree behind the facility. As Jill mentioned, the bird has 
been there for a number of days, staffers said about a week, and has been 
regular in the mornings, sometimes staying until early afternoon. Excellent beast.
