Peregrine Falcon, Bay City

On today's Bay City CBC, Stan Madziar located a Peregrine Falcon on the  
clock tower of the Bay City City Hall early this afternoon.  He said the  bird 
also flew to some nearby power poles.  At approximately 3:30 PM,  Jeanne 
Henderson, Grant Winchell and I saw the bird.  It was perched on a  ledge above the 
clock face that faces south on the tower. The City Hall is  located on 
Washington Ave. in downtown Bay City.
