King Eider, Chippewa Co. 6/3

Howdy Folks,
 
I just got of the phone with Adam Byrne who told me there is a female-type KING EIDER just off the tip of Whitefish Point. Apparently it was found this morning by Ken Mettie Jr. and has been subsequently photographed by Chris Neri.
 
Good bird, I guess spring isn't quite done yet. 
I'm sure there will be more updates on this bird later.
