ferruginous hawk in Muskegon County

I just received a phone call from Jeff Johnson at Muskegon State Park 
saying that the light juvenile ferruginous hawk was seen at 1:10 p.m. 
today  heading south along the Lake Michigan shoreline by Jeff, Carolyn 
Weng and Caleb Putnam.
