Red-necked Phalarope, Bay Co., 10-24-04

This afternoon among the multitude of dabblers, a juvenile 
RED-NECKED PHALAROPE(apparently the very same from 10-20) was 
found feeding out in the open of Tobico Marsh.  The bird was 
observed from the observation platform along the bike trail.  
Tobico Marsh parking can be found off Killarney Beach Rd. 
which is off Beaver Rd. (on the way to Bay City Recreation 
Area).
